[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Recharge not done, yet money not refunded | |||
On 8th november 2016 I recharged my airtel number with a top up voucher of RS 20. The money was deducted from my bank account but yet recharge has not been done or my money does not refunded to my bank account. My order Id : FCVW[protected] I Have given my transaction ID separately as it's visible to all public. So, I request you to refund my money back into my account as soon as possible. As per our records Payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.20.00 to your account on <[protected] > against the order ID FCVW[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. This will help us follow it up with our payment partner. Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.
