[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Transaction failed amount not refunded to my wallet or bank account | |||||
I am karthikeyan, i'm was tried transfer my freecharge wallet balance to my bank account. Totally four transactions i done my freecharge account in 12th jan 2017. Amount has been reduced my wallet balance but transaction failed. Then i got refunded only three transactions amount refunded to my wallet another one transaction amount was not refunded. Still now i dint get my refund amount 5000rs to my wallet or bank account. I am not able to reach any of your customer care no. No one response properly in mail. I used freecharge wallet for booking of irctc account the money has been debited but the ticket has not booked.Order ID [protected] This is not the first time again i used from other accont the same thing happened. I want my money back
