[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Transfer of amount to freecharge account through debit card | |||||
I have been Transferd 1000/- from Debit card to Freecharges account dt. 10.11.16 but transaction was failed and amount has been debited from my Axis Bank Account but not showing in Freecharge Account. I continuously sending complaint to Freecharge to refund of Rs. 1000/- 'now 20 days passed still i m not getting refund in my bank account. Freecharge only confirmed the transaction failed by mail but still not given the refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
