My name is debayan konar. My user name in freecharge and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Contact no is [protected]. Today at 10.21a. M i recharge my bsnl no ([protected]) by 549/- which is a data pack. My order id is fcva[protected] and then they so me recharge was successful. But no message had not come in my phone from bsnl regarding this recharge so recharge is done yet but when i was mailing to "freecharge" for refund they simply deny for refund and said the recharge is successful.
