I recharged my no. [protected] on[protected] which order id on freecharge.in is FCVM[protected] not successful still thy deducted money from bank but till now they did notrefund money on my bank acount or my wallet on freecharge.in i tried to complaint to that company before but there is no provision of that kind of support so i am trying to complaint here so that my problem will be solved.. We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested. As per our records Payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs. 50 to your account on against the order ID FCVM[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days.In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. This will help us follow it up with our payment partner. Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance. | |||||
