Dear frecharge, I am using freecharge account which is [protected]@gmail.[protected]@gmail.com" so yesterday i had made an payment of rupees 488/- in AIRTEL postpaid number [protected] and i checked it out and transaction was failed but my money had been deducted from my bank account and i dint got return back my money in my bank account and freecharge wallet is shows zero and recharge not done yet and dint even received the cashback! i am sending you screen shot so you can check it out and please help me out i am a poor fellow. We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCMA[protected]. If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days. We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID GSMP[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update. Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund. We appreciate your patience & co-operation. | |||
