Hi, I had recharged my mobile number (Airtel) from Freecharge worth Rs. 198 on 10th Feb 2016. But recharge was failed and i contacted to Freecharge team to tell me about failed transaction amount and about refund. But after 5 conversations by mail till today evening i have no reply from Freecharge. My money stuck at freecharge and also can not get recharge. Now i had done recharge from another site and no need to recharge. But i want my 198 rs anyhow from Freecharge. If they want time to resolve it, at least they should have to inform me that the issue will take time. But reason of my anger is 0 reply from Freecharge. Below is the details of transactions.
