[Resolved] Freecharge.in — cheated by not giving cash back of order Id : FCVA[protected] | |||
I do recharge my Tata docomo number +91 [protected] by Rs 150. At the time recharge promo code applied successfully but till date I am not getting my cashback of Rs 50. I also get mail which is mentioning that I will get Rs 50 as cashback. After several request the Freecharge representative are refusing to give the Cashback. According to them the same debit card is used for another recharge but during the recharge no message popup that you will not get any cash back if you used same debit card to do another recharge. This way company misleading consumer by attracting consumer and after recharge they denyed to give cashback by some reason whcih is not mentioned at the time when promo code as applied. I also get mail in my inbox which clearly mentioned that I will get my cashback in 24-48 hours for evidence I am attaching the Photo proff. This is a serious fraud which lead to consumer harrassment.
