Freecharge.in — Unsuccessful recharges | |||
This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Shaurya Khurana recharged my cousin's number [protected] (Airtel) with a full talktime of Rs 510 from your freecharge's app. I recharged it once but due to your server problem, the recharge went twice and as a result, Rs 1020 has been debited from my bank account. Moreover, both the recharges went unsuccessful and the mobile number hasn't received the credit yet of Rs1020. Also, your site is not displaying any of the order details of both my recharges in the transaction history. Kindly consider the matter and respond to my situation as soon as possible. Thanking you.
