Delay In Fitout and Key Handover Dear Sir, I Sanjay Kumar Sharma bought a flat in GC 7th Avenue in Tower K, 1091. I got my Offer for possession letter in Sept 2020. I have cleared all my dues in October 2020. Till now no work is done in my flat. Fit out period of 45 days has already passed still no work in my flat. How I can get my flat and compensation for delay in handover of my flat?? Thanks and Regards.
