Genesis Mart — Fraud transaction | |||||
I received call from [protected] on 07 th may 2017, this company Genesis Mart called me and told that they are calling from hdfc bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, they asked me to make payment and you will pay the money with the IVR and 8250 amount got deducted from my credit card. this is totally a blunt cheat. Above issue is happened with me, I received call from [protected] on 18th Dec 2017, this company Genesis Mart called me and told that they are calling from hdfc bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, they asked me to make payment and you will pay the money with the IVR and 8450 amount got deducted from my credit card. this is totally a blunt cheat. Please help me get my money back and put these people behind the bars.
Request the card holder to write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your complete issue, account/customer Id/card and registered contact dtls. Please mention Ref ID- TTU[protected] in the subject line for me to track your mail & assist you better.
