Genesis Mart — unethical behaviour complaint | |||
I was received a call on 23/11/17 as on no promotional call and promise to gave free services on my kotak credit card but they take 8450/- promise these services on my credit card are 6000 monthly deduction after the transaction they make other caping on the product. Then i made a mail to cancel but they said nothing they do "appne jo karna hai kr lo". This is really very bad experience i had lost my 8450/- through genesis mart. But i had read his cancellation policy that your can get your refund if you can cancel the services in 72 hours i should cancel that in 2 hours. Please help me to get refund my hardhand money. I received same call few months back and they deducted amount from my card bcoz that time i was not aware about it and I dont know what to do know. Do i get my money back? as i can see that this same call has mae fool many people and all have same issues like me so is it possible to get our money back or not?
