I am living in Jyoti Super Village, 24 mtr road, Rajnagar Extension. Few months back a liquor shop has been opened in Shoping centre of Aura Chemera. Sir, I am not able to understand how a liquor shop can be permitted to open in residential area. Secondly we have no street lights in our area, although builders have charges too much ECC and EDC charges from us.

They are covering space with sharp wires, and covering extra space in the shape of car parking. Roads are completely damages because of damaged ganga water pipeline as well as sewerage line.

Ghaziabad, 201010. I have seen that, there is a person named mr. Arvind srivastava, resident of 13/a kamna vaishali, sector-1, ghaziabad, 201010 doing unauthorized construction.

Even after two consecutive complaint made on 16 august, 2016 and 26 august 2016, the construction is still in progress.

On any construction site which is situated in residential area noise level shouldn't go beyond 55 dB in day time (6 am to 9 pm) and it shouldn't breach 45 dB levels in night (9 pm to 6 am). The maximum noise level near the construction site should be limited to 65 dB Leq (5 min) in residential areas. In addition to this, proper acoustic barriers should be placed near sites. I would like to draw your attention towards the Unauthorized construction of building in Sector -2 Rajender Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad at Plot No 2/85, Situated in the Belt of SHANTI PARK. I wish to inform you that property owner take the approval from GDA for construction of Floor on the above subject plot but he started the construction of FLATS. I residents of shipra revera working in suprem court of india at shipra revera bazar near gate no 8 gyan khand 3 indrapuram. There are commercial shops at basement but i noticed that in shop illegalconstruction took place they made a partitionin shop which is against the gda property act 2002 .
