I have online purchase a camera from Global Sky Shop website on 03.05.2014. The worth of Camera was Rs. 7999/- after paying this amount they have given the confirmation from mail that your transaction has been done. The transaction details as are under :
They are confirm the delivery of Camera at given your address within 3 to 5 days from the date of booking. After 7 days I was asking to the status. They are confirm to us the camera delivered 14 to 21 days.
Then I was contact with EBS Payment system team and know about procedure of how to refund the money the they are advising me to contact your bank customer care for refund the money and your bank customer care approach to EBS Payment System Team than EBS team recover the money from merchant and credit the money to your bank.

Now, I was continuously calling to Global sky shop but they are not picking my phone if picked after knowing my name immediate cutting the call.
Sir kindly do the needful in this regards. If this issue will have been solved.
