[Resolved] Globle Sky Shop Pvt Ltd. — globeskyshop is cheating people | |||
I got a marketing call on 24th Oct 2014, regarding few combo plan and assured gift on buying them. As i was busy on that day i asked them to call next day. I again got a call from same number (+91 [protected]) and convinced me to buy a combo. On the mention of assured special gift, i thought buying the least price Combo of Rs.3299. When i placed the order and i got the below confirmation on my mail. But after one hour they called me again to tell me that i have won a Jewellery set which was not interested to take. On mention of that the guy said he can exchange the gift with my desired Gift that is Apple Iphone 5S if i pay them more Rs.10000. On that point i could know that this is a fraud website. I don't even want the product now. After that i have been calling the above number and the number[protected] flashing on their website but both number are switched off. As per their policy on the website i have tried to called them immediately and even mailed them before shipping the product. So i should get my money refund. I should have gone through the review placing the orders. Please help me in getting the money refund. They are the cheaters there is no doubt at all. They are making frauds all over.
I was also one of their customer who faced all these problems with them.
They called me and offered for combo 5 worth 3299. They asked me to pay initially 3000 but I refused to pay this much. So they asked me to pay 1500 and remaining will be COD. The product was about to dispatch in 3 working days after payment but they kept me waiting for the product.
In 7 days I called them from my side and asked for Product Dispatch status and inspite of giving me status they asked me more money to pay here i.e. full amount of product. I refused to pay them remaining amount and asked for refund then aso then asked me to pay full amount for the refund saying refunding half payment is against their policy. So I paid full amount. After that day they all disappeared from this planet and didnt respond to my calls.
There after I was getting many calls from many different organizations by fake names saying they are calling from income tax dept and if I don't pay money to them they will conduct raid. Then I checked and realized the phone number series are same as Globle Sky.
So I gathered all these incidents happened to me and raised a complaint to Akosha Consumer team and they guided me to get my money. I have now received my full amount from Globle Sky Team.
The purpose for this article is to make others aware about this kind of fraud not only from Globle Sky but also from other who use to cheat innocent customers.
I would advise you to go to consumer court and make them cry.

Globle Sky Shop are running cheap schemes and not selling any products I believe.
I too got looted by this fraudsters. They do not respond to your call once they get money to their account. They will enthusiastically cooperate by prompt followups and guidance over website with you until they get money. And after that they get disappears from the phone lines and email.
And If by any luck you get connected to them, they will start talking about new gift offers and make you feel lost and forget about your previous orders or queries.
They don't deserve to be rated..Coz they are not bad.. Completely worst. I would say.
