Globle sky shop is online shopping company which operate it ip domain from different countries. They call people's from following cell no and said they are sales promotion company which had tie with other company but after after purchasing online they do not sent material and nor reply to call . I am following for my refund from last 2 months and I also requested ebs to stop there payment gateway.

I got a marketing call from globle skyshop pvt Ltd which is your merchant saying that you have purchase material from homeshop and now your are selected for assured gift from our company and gift will be anyone of laptop, 43 inch LCD, Washing machine and iPhone.
Out of this four you will get one 110% confirm. To claim this you have to by anyone combo from our online shopping. So I bought a mixer juicers worth Rd 4999 and they told me you won laptop. To claim laptop you have to pay tax amounts of Rs 8000 and material will be dispatch on same day(I.e 19 Aug 2014. So i paid 8000. They do not dispatch the material and giving the reason that your transaction is not done. Next they do not pickup my call and I confirm from my bank and EBS team that they had accepted the payment.
Then I search on net this company is froud and they cheat many people in similar way. Then I talk to one of your customers support executive he suggests me that you send a mail to
[protected]@ebs.in mentioning your to transaction ID with detail to cancel the order, as the Money will be transfer to merchant account by 21/8/2014 or 22/8/2014 after dispatch of materials . so we tell the merchant to refund your payment. As per merchant website I can cancel my order within 25 day. So I request you please cancel my order and please do the needful.
