[Resolved]  Globle Sky Shop Pvt Ltd. — Online ordered material for paid Rs.21000/- is not delivered

On 06.08.2014, I got a phone call from Globle sky shop pvt ltd for combo 3 pack worth Rs.5999.00 with assured 1 more gift like LED TV, Washing machine, Jwellery set etc. So I have paid Rs.5999.00 and booked combo 3 pack in which they were commited me to provide Titan Wrist Watch, Rayban Goggle, Codless iron etc. with assured gift I was selected LG 6.5 ltr front load washing machine. Also they were commited that on same day it will be dispached from globle sky shop.


On same day I have made the online payment for Rs.5999.00. After that I got the call from Mr. Gaurav Sharma who told me that they will send me the dimond jewellery set instead of LG washing machine, so I told them to send me which I ordered and I will never accept anything else. So they told that I have to pay more Rs.11000.00 then only we can deliver washing machine. So I accepted and done online payment for Rs.11000.00 but they did not delivered the material on same day.


After two days again I tried a call to Mr. Gaurav Sharma and they told me that I have to pay more Rs.4000.00 for insurance of material to be delivered through DTDC courier. So I accepted and again paid 4000.00 onlne.


After paying total amount Rs.21000.00, I have not getting response from Globle sky shop. So I am tried to call on[protected] but the phone is switched off since yesterday i.e. on 30.08.2014 since 05:15 pm.


Requesting you to help me to refund my paid amount from Globle sky shop pvt ltd.
