[Resolved]  Godrej — A c not functioning

I have registered a complaint here on 17/05/2017. After registering this complaint i was contacted by service manager and he demanded two thousand rupees for the service. But since i have remitted three thousand rupees for the gas refilling last year and the same problem happened this year also, i would like to get a permanent solution for this complaint. It is not able for me to meet this expense every year for my a c. I request for free service for my a c this time because i spent a huge amount for the same problem last year. I believe the same problem is repeatedly happening because the service engineer could not resolve the issue properly last time.
