Godrej Interio — 3 Seat Sofa cum bed has to be repair or replace

Sir, I made a complaint vide call no. D[protected] dated[protected] for repair or replace my sofa cum bed. A technician visited me and take photos of sofa cum bed and told that the sofa cum bed will be repair or replace within few days but no action has been taken till date.
