Godrej Interio — 3 seater sofa uninstalled due to inappropriate spare parts

I ordered one 3 seater sofa from their ecommerce website and they could not install it as the spare parts which came with the box didn't fix the set, so the technician said they would place an order for suitable spare parts which would be coming from Mumbai. It has been 10 days since and there has been not a single email on the status. Everytime the customer care guys say order has been placed but there is no dispatch details. Also, we have asked for the return of the product in this case, the customer care mentioned it can only be returned if the technician mentions there is some damage and the technician mentions to check with customer care.Their communication is hopeless!!
