Godrej Interio — Almirah complaint

My almirah got lock due to some defect, i brought it from khandelwal distributor Bareilly, they told me, mam with your keys its not opening, do one thing share a application force to open, and then i will make sure your lock will change as its in warranty, I shared it, they opened it, and after opening they ask me for money to change the lock, when i told them its in warranty and its only 4 months, but they refuse to change the lock, i did the complaint to their customer care, where they are keep on saying, we will assign a technician, and he will change it, but again its been days no one is contacting with me. if i do know how fraud the company is, i will never ever brought the almirah from Godrej. Kindly help me as its been months and they are not listening to me.
