[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Assembly not done | |
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have purchased Brussels Plus Sofa Bed from your T.Nagar Branch on 4th October (Invoice no.84I/24123874 dtd 04.10.2014) which has already been delivered at Kodaikanal but till now it has not been assembled. I have made so many calls to your customer care and local sales office and requested to come for assembly but response is very bad. Each time when I call your sales office, my calls have been diverted to somebody who is not responsible for this. I got fed up with this. If this is not been assembled within this week I am forced to make a complaint to CAG (Consumer Action Group).
In future I will not recommend Godrej Interio to anybody .
