The product was tried for installation on 20.11.2020 but failed due to faulty product. I have tried to communicate with you several times through telephonic conversation and e-Mail. But unfortunately the problem has not been resolved. Now I am facing a lot of difficulties. So I request you to solve the problem ASAP. I will be busy for a social programme at my house from 25th December'20. So the product needs be installed before X-Mas this year. Please take the matter seriously do the needful without any excuse.
