We have ordered Godrej Modular Kitchen Setup from MSR Sales Pvt.Ltd in June 2022, Setup completed in Feb 2023. I am writing to express my absolute disappointment regarding faulty setup and poor customer service that I received from them.
We noticed that many parts of the setup were back dated different from our order, a few pieces unpacked. It seems that they tried to use it from other orders.
There were scratches, defective pieces, defective doors, defective skirting PFA photographs. We escalated to the Godrej support team - Mr Vishwanath, Mr Mahade Ubhe and Mr Rahul Patil. They asked to complete the setup first, then they will inspect. Mr Rahul Patil inspected the Kitchen setup after a long follow up by us. 3 months back they ordered for replacement of the open counter and last month they replaced it which was more faulty then previous. There are still faults in Skirting, one side panel part and Glass door defect. but Mr Rahul Patil agreed only for replacement of Glass door.
I would like to cancel all my order as I am not getting what I have paid for, including Mental stress, arguments with my mother & sister received from your staff. It was literally begging for justice.
We are old Godrej customers but never had such an experience. Your escalation team is also not helpful, they are not picking our calls, totally ignoring us. I have no option other than moving to consumer court for this injustice. Was this information helpful? |
