[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Complaint regarding Godrej Dining Table

We bought a Julius Mod Dining Table with Stella Dining Chairs on[protected] from Pal Distributor, VPO Gutkar, Distt- Mandi, HP. Since then, we have been facing a lot of issues related to manufacturing defects in the chairs only. This is my first Godrej product but, with due respect, would like to confess that it really disappointed me a lot. The chairs has loosened many a times and on complaining, the distributor’s representative visited and tightned the same. But the chairs always had a defect and we had to complain repeatedly. Now, as per the distributor, he has nothing to offer other than the replacement of the complete set of the chairs, in consent with the company. Sir, after my bitter experience with the chairs, I am wanting to change the complete model of the dining set. Therefore, I am looking forward for the offer and I assure you that any additional charges will be paid without any reluctance. Note: Eagerly waiting for the reply.
