I bought a 2 + 3 olive recliner from Godrej interior, Vashi on 29/12/2020. The product delivery was late than the committed time but we were patient to wait for our product.
When the product arrived on 19th Feb 2021, the Center seat of the 3 seater recliner was broken, which we told the technician who came to essemble it. There was a sketch pen mark on the 2 seater but they said that it will be taken care of & we were assured that the entire 3 seater will be replaced. The people who came to essemble it were only bothered about getting our signature on the delivery challan.
It is 12th of March and we have been trying to call and reach the showroom but our calls are not answered and Mr Avdoot Mane is not even calling us back.
I am attaching the invoice copy & the confirmation form from Godrej interior, Vashi & we had made full payment in advance as desired.
We bought the sofa from Godrej assuming that we will get an A class service for the money we are spending here as we really expected great service from your end. It is extremely disappointing and we feel cheated. I want my money back and do not want to further deal with Godrej interior due to their callous attitude. Was this information helpful? |
