[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Defective product and no service

I bought a new fridge on 02/11/2014 [Godrej edge pro 5.1 single door 190 litre) from Croma retails at sony world junction, bangalore. The very next day its internal bulb got blasted. I called godrej smartcare and they told someone will come. Yesteday i got a message from godrej that my issue is closed.I called again and asked them why they closed..they gave some junk answers and i asked to raise the issue again. He told he will do it. But no one came till now to repair. Am fed up calling this godrej. I will never recommend anyone to use godrej now onwards. Complaint no: is N[protected]

More over the fridge started making some huge humming sound every 5-10 mins in an hour or so...some times the sound is so loud.
