[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Delay in the delivery of products | |||
I've ordered a godrej almirah and a king size bed along with mattress. It costs around 57000. I made the order at Godrej interio, Visakhapatnam Near lic divisional building on 20th june, 2014 with reciept number 147948. The order was made under name Ch.Sairam. The delivery is to be made at hyderabad, miyapur. While ordering the product the particular staff said that it would be delivered within 10 days. Yet it is not delivered. An official from hyderabad said that product has to be delivered from mumbai and it would take around another 7 days. What the heck is this service..? I can sense heights of carelessness in your service... make sure you people save the brand name. Was this information helpful? | |||
