I have given complaint no B[protected] on 28 Oct 15. The service providers person came and checked my complaint and said we will receive estimate for work. He had collected Rs. 350/- as inspection charges. He didn't asked for secrete code. Without attending my complaint, today I received sms saying my complaint is solved.
