Dear Sir/ Madam, I had purchased the subject product with Item Code 56101502SD000348 from authorized showroom in the name of Essence Gallery at Thaltej, Ahmedabad vide Invoice No. B409 dated 31-Mar-2021. Along with this product, I had purchased other products also worth ₹1.30 Lakh. I was told about one year warranty on all the products. Now, this 3 seater Sofa, there emerged like a torn leather at one point along with stitching line. We had complained about this to the customer care and the concerned person asked us to first send the picture and followed by estimate of ₹15948/- along with labour's charges for the entire sofa upholstery work. Here, I just want to bring to your attention that at the time of purchase, we were verbally assured about the quality of product and longevity of the product upto 15-20 years time period. But this kind of damaging in the product in just within one and a half year is shocking and not aligned with the reputation of Godrej Interio as a brand. By this complaint, I urge upon you to get the damaging rectified without any cost. Moreover, the estimate upto such a high charge for this product equal to almost 50% of the product is completely unacceptable.
