Godrej Interio — faulty product received | |||||
I had purchased a center table from godrej named as godrej one no. Alice coffee table from the agency named 'bharat commercial agency' in boring road, patna, bihar. After receiving the product i noticed that the glass mounted at the bottom shelf of the table is not screwed properly and bend. I have called the customer care as well as the shop continuously for last 1 month and everytime they say person will come to fix it but no body turns up. They even provided me technician number who will come to fix and upon calling he will say he is coming but he never turned up for last one month. Please look into this matter urgently. I believe godrej as a brand to be trusted. Please do not break the trust after you sell the product. My bill no.
