I already updated dealer about the issue and contacted so many times to Godrej helpline regarding the same but still no solution. We identified the bed has cracks developing around screw into various parts including its inner base of the bed which will lead to collapse of the bed. These are around 6 seperate parts where the crack ( thin hair like )can be seen and the loose wood powder can be seen with cracks. The product been purchased last year and was unused for about 6 month as we live overseas.
We previously replaced two other parts twice for this same product for different issues in this short period of time. This time we are not willing to go for part replacement again because this fault seems a manufacturing defect to us which is not seen in only one part but it is on around 6 different parts. And previously we waited around 5-6 month a single part replacement l.
I am really really disappointed with the quality of the product which definitely not expected from Godrej. And more disappointed with the response from the customer support team which was zero. I contacted help line about this on 4 of April where today is 20 days completed but nobody comes up with a solution not even contacted back. Follow ups is been taken from my end only where the output is zero again.I didn’t expected this from Godrej team and I really don’t know whom to contact regarding this.
So to sum it up here what we needed now a refund or complete replacement of the product.
Again expecting to be contacted from any right person from the team.
