The Issue of Godrej AURA TV Unit, please find the details herewith. I have already mentioned the problems below in mail sent to the original dealer. I might have made more than 100 calls to the dealer before I could get the delivery around 14-15 Sep ie 1.5 months after I had booked the unit. I was promised that I will get the unit in 1-2 weeks or max 3 weeks. And after the delivery was made, I see missing parts in it. For that again I am following up with the dealer since 2 weeks with no proper answer to it. This is really bad service from whosoever is responsible for this. Be it Godrej or Dealer or anyone else. Seeking your help to please resolve this issue at the earliest.
