Godrej Interio — Godrej defective almirah

Dear sir, I had purchased godrej almirah from Godrej Interio, Okhla on 27th of Feb, 2015. From the day we purchased this product we have been going through worst kind service kind from godrej. Initially the product was delivered five days late after the payment was made, that too after several calls and reminders. Later when the almirah arrived then the technician came after à week, after several pursual from our side. When they came for installation the door had some issue, it was not working properly. The technician took pictures of the door and assured the the problem will be rectified within 15 days. After that there was no call no response from Godrej despite of our various calls. In the mean time we realized that there are other malfunctions also like the locker was not working, once locked it took hours to open. The drawer also doesn't work properly. After 25days they took pains to send the technician and that too for no good. The problem still remains same and now when we call for customer support they dont bother themselves even to take calls. Today we got lucky to connect to one of their representatives Mr sunil and when we asked to rectify the problem they started the same old fake assurance and when we told we will complain to consumer forum he told us to go and complain wherever we want. The product itself looks cheap and flimsy. The doors doesn't lock. The drawers and lockers doesn't work. Hope this complaint may reach the deaf ears of Godrej customer support team and our problem gets the desired attention.
