My name is jayakrishna and i purchased one steel wardrobe from godrej store on 26/09/17 from visakhapatnam (Lic building near complex). My registered mobile number [protected] for checking order.
My first bad experience is with inside locker, where the locker door was not closing and locking was not done properly. I raised a complaint and asked to come on saturday. But i literally called 10 times to get the service person from morning (I called 2 times to customer care also), atlast in the evening 6 pm the service person came and repaired it. Here my question is why the product was not checked before delivery, do this company really have a quality check team.
My second one, i paid amount for mirror also when i purchased wardrobe, store person told me they will come and fix the mirror separately, but nobody bothered about that. After 20 days i called the store and at that time they were telling the specific mirror is not in the stock it will take 10-15 more days to come. Its already 20 days passed, still i didnt received the mirror, here again don’t you check the items are delivered or not after paid. Or at least don’t you be answerable to amount paid.
I am wondering how this big brand godrej is managing without proper workers, but soon these guys will pay for it.
