Godrej Interio — new slimline blend 3 door almirah with defective products supplied | |||
I bought an almirah on 26th sept 2017 with whole payment made on the same day but delivery received far later than promised by the store at brabourne road kolkata. The product delivered was with 2 defective parts on 16th october 2017. They said i will get it replaced in 2 weeks but everytime i call they give me false promises and its not yet been delivered. And now one door is not opening and my doctor file is inside it and i am a pregnant lady. Also i wanted to updated my gst with them but they refused it initially then said come after delivery we will do it, then again refused and said saltlake person will do. I tried calling him also but did not get any response till now. This is pathetic. They take payments instantly but do not want to serve properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
