Godrej Interio — no delivery of tv unit after 2 months

Booked tv unit (Small expo unit)
Order no 406856 on 14/10/17 from baguiati interio showroom
Till today not delivered and they are reluctant to communicate
Mr tanmay was sales representative who entertained us, but he is transferred to brabourne road branch now so he doesn't communicating at present.
Whenever contacted with baguiati branch they are lingering the issue..

I bought a 2door slimline royal ivory almirah on 31st oct 2017.but still i m not getting. I paid fully amount at the date of purchase. I told them it is a marriage purpose. My marriage on 10th dec. What will i do?i called the vip road godrej interio kolkata. They told me daily lie . please help
