Even after making full advance payment of rs.7428/- on 07.11.2017 againstr my above order, i am still waiting for the delivery of the goods i have ordered. What is all this going on at reputed organisation like yours? It seems seems you are using customers money for other purposes. It is true you are running your business from your customers 100% payment against purchase order and delivering the goods at your will. I don't know how long you can carry on like this

Updated by shanti dharewa I went to ur Brabourne Road, Kolkata show room to cancel my order, was shocked to face the rude behaviour of the manager of the showroom. I request you to please cancel my above order and return my money as and when suites to your convinience. I am trapped . One thing you may note that I will not visit again your above showroom in whatever condition. Thanks for your alarming me about your unholy terms and conditions in your dealings with your customers.
