Godrej Interio — Non-delivery of Shelves ordered along with the almirah/cupboard

I had ordered a steel almirah from Godrej Interio showroom on Kasturba Road, Bangalore branch, about 10-12 days back. My bill reference number is - 274352. Along with the almirah, I had also ordered 2 shelves to be delivered and fit. While the almirah has been delivered, there is no news about the shelves. I tried contacting the showroom a couple of times. They took down my details promising to call me back but never did. They took the payment in full but now when it has come to the time of delivery, there seems to be no response from their end. The almirah even after 10 days is lying unused because the shelves need to be fit. I request that the complaint be forwarded to the concerned branch of Godrej to attend to at the earliest.
