I had ordered chair from godrej interio online portal on 31st aug, with a the delivery date of 02 oct 2020, i had contacted customer care and posted it on twitter. They informed that someone from godrej will contact you, but However till now no one had contacted me. I am still surprised godrej being one of the top company of india, their service is worst. I had placed order No.[protected] for Prime High Back Chair on 31st Aug and paid the amount through online Godrej Interio. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd October. However, since then I had contacted your customer care through chat and sent couple of reminders on Twitter. No one had contacted me, confirming about the order. As I was suffering from pain while using non ergonimic chair and this delay is impacting my. Hence I want to claim the Delay charges, and also any further delay, I may go for the Consumer Court to claim my medical and the trauma faced due to the delay.
