On June 22nd, I booked a bed for my father Sunil Kumar Gwal through the Interio website. Due to the extended delivery time, I promptly canceled the order. However, it has now been a month since the cancellation, and I have not received any refund.
Over the past week, I have been in continuous communication with Interio's sales team, specifically Kajal, who has informed me on multiple occasions that she has escalated the matter to the backend team. However, there has been no response from the backend team. Additionally, I was informed yesterday that Interio does not have a refund policy.
I am kindly requesting your assistance in investigating this matter and initiating the refund process. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
