[Resolved] Godrej Interio — selling of amc with wrong commitment and closure of complaints without consulting / visiting customer. no response | |||
Good day, This is to inform you that i had bought godrej frost free refrigerator 304 ltrs Double door in 2007. In july 2016, there was some issue in refrigerator so i requested for technician Visit for repair in call center. Technician mr. Pradeep solanki Visited the home for repair. During repair, we asked from technician if new Shelfs / trays for refrigerator available in company as we need them Because our shelfs are almost damaged. Then technician convinced us by saying if you take amc for your Refrigerator, i will arrange for same and dropped at your home by paying Cost of shelfs/trays. As i was satisfied with godrej company products and convinced by Technician, immediately i issued the cheque to technician for amc. Thereafter my wife and myself has been contacting at regular intervals To mr. Pradeep solanki technician for arrangement of shelfs/trays. But he was keep on delaying and not answering our calls. Later in 7th sept 2017, my wife contacted godrej customer care and request For shelfs / trays. Then she came to know through same technician that Company is not making shelfs/ trays for our refrigerator. So she Contacted mr. Dilip/ mr. Kuldeep senior personnel of franchise from Where technician visited in order to make some alternative arrangement As without shelfs/trays how the refrigerator can be used. The response From mr. Dilip was very bad. He was talking rudely to my wife. As i was Not in india otherwise i would have taken this issue ahead that time. Mr. Dilip not only misbehaved and closed the complaint without Consulting with customer. Finally when i came back to india and again registered the complaint Vide d[protected] on 1st december. Then same technician visited My home and promised that he will check again for arrangement If possible as he only sold the amc with wrong committement. But i surprised to know on 6th december through sms msg That my complaint again closed mentioning i refused to pay. Soon after i re-register complaint vide d[protected]. Also Contacted area manger of godrej delhi mr. Priyansh gupta and Mr, ajay kumar on same day 06th dec 2017 and briefed about all above Mentioned issue. Still waiting response from them. Basis above all i officially registered a written complaint for Following issues and will take the matter ahead till i don't get Satisfactory response from godrej. 1. Selling of amc with wrong commitment by godrej franchise Technician mr. Pradeep solanki 2. Rude talk/ misbehaved by godrej franchise personal mr. Dilip 3.
