We booked a slimline locker plus drawer (Dark wood door) on 8th october 2017. The product was to be delivered within 5 weeks. It’s been close to two months now, and there has been no delivery. The outlet on kasturba road, bangalore has not gotten to me after that and when contacted provided me a convoluted story about the product code being changed and a delay in manufacturing. There is no response on when the product will be delivered. The order no is 82625 and i’ve paid 50 % of the total amount of rs 21120. I am terribly disappointed that a company of gidrej’s stature should behave in this manner
