Godrej Interio — Techno recliner complaint goof - up

Hi,

I've purchased a techno recliner last year but it had some problem in it so have lodged a complaint well within the warranty period. Have found people visiting my place for the rectification and was assured to replace the unit. But nothing has happened as yet. Without my knowledge my complaint got cancelled on 30th june and a new complaint number occured on the same day and today again i received an sms for the completion of the complaint. I fail to understand the entire drama behind it. The service engineer or anybody for that matter from godrej has never contacted me. The series of sms which i could save in my inbox are as follows. . .

30th june'15
* godrej sms * we are cancelling your godrej complaint no. L[protected] as we are attending your call against other call no. For help pls call [protected]
30th june'15
* godrej sms * yr call no. Is l[protected], secret code is *** share this with technician if completely satisfied with the service. For asst, call [protected]
28th july'15
* godrej sms * your service call l[protected] is completed thank you for ur payment of rs. Nil to our auth. Service provider, ref godrej helpline [protected].

Need an immediate reply and solution for this. . .
