I had booked Godrej Interio Sliding almirah online. Received my order earlier than the committed date ( Commendable indeed !) The problem starts now. Product lying packed in my house for last 4 days. No call received for installation. Customer care number is unresponsive and after umpteen attempts i was able to reach out to call centre and i was told that i had to register installation after online purchase. That's ridiculous purchase is followed by installation. What will i do with packed product parked in my home, such is not case with in store purchase and if, registering installation is a part of your policy then i should have got a pop up on screen to register installation.
E mail id's provided for logging complaint also donot care to read mails and perhaps all complaints are by default in the SPAM .
I am still waiting for some one from services team to call back on my registration request for installation. Was this information helpful? |
