Godrej Interio — wrong product delivered and refused to take any action. | |||
I have purchased almirah slimline from godrej interior bt road kolkata. They delivered wrong product. Missing selves and drawer. When i called them the refused to change. The attending person sangita das who was not ready to accept her mistake and saying she can't do anything. My mobile number [protected]. You can check the order details through this number. The staffs in bt road, kolkata showroom is too bad. They use to cheat people. Even when i told the installation boy that wrong product has been delivered, he told my duty is to fit the product so i have to then contact to the showroom. Purchase Sliding almirah 8'x4.5', but after installation damaged noticed not yet repaired fully, one sliding door replaced, Areo almirah two faulty door replaced. Now all are lying in my house since 5 days.request to lift all the replacement items to Godrej but not yet done. I am facing difficulty to store these items. Pl do something.
