[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Zurina Bed Problem | |||
I purchased the bed on 12th may 2011, a day before my marriage and it was a wedding gift which my parents gave me. From day 1 I am facing problems from bed. It gets damaged without any cause as the quality is really poor. Local made bed dont need repair for years but my bed is all broken in just 3 years. Its all 4 handles (used to open bed) are broken by now, two of its side has got dispositioned. Any rat or any insect can enter in it anytime which creates a mental dissatisfaction for me as I am a working lady and cant be at home to check every damage and get this bed repaired every now & then. But even after getting it repaired it many times bed is still in bad position.. No Technician comes without no of requests. Moreover company officials dont try to understand the customer's situation and problems and directly starts explaining the charges levied for repairs. I have requested the official of jalandhar (from where the bed was purchased) to buy back the bed or replace the bed as I am suffering through from past 3 years due to this product, but they dont care for customers facing problem. No company official is ready to listen to anything and they treat customer as toy and make fun of customer complaint. I have requested them through emails to help me either in refund or replacement, but they refuse to help .. Kindly help and provide solution asap.. In a exhibition recently i have paid for godrej interio zurina king bed, but he did not given me warranty card, i informed at customer care but she told me, it is not necessary to have warranty card only bill is sufficient for logging any complaint if you have, please suggest me it is ok.
