Godrej — NO redressal of complaint regarding faulty lock of Godrej Interio | |||
Sir, I had purchased a Godrej Interio Wardrobe last year in May 2014. Its door are not working properly. Ihad filed a complaint number D[protected] on 10th September. A techinican visited my home on 12th September, 2015. He said that he has not got required tools with him and got one of his superiors on phone. Supervisor assured me that someone will visit on 14th September to redress my complaint. But till date no one has arrived and the complaints is laying unattended. I had purchased this product on the brand name of Godrej but there service is very poor and staff also lacks basic customer courtesy. Was this information helpful? | |||
