Godrej — Not servicing defective washing machine

Hi, About 1.5 months back I had registered a complaint with Godrej regarding a technical fault in their fully automatic washing machine which I had purchased in 2013. The issue was that the inner drum used to hit the walls of the washing machine and makes loud noise while running. While registering the complaint I had clearly mentioned all issue. For the first 2 Week every saturday a senoir technician would come and say I have completely understood the problem and we will fix it the coming monday, I follow up on monday and they say today can not be done as the part is not available. Now it has been more than 3 weeks and they hav not reverted back . The service center people say that we will not be able to do the service because the company has not sent us the part yet and when I call the customer care number they say we have no Idea about your problem, we are raising a new ticket at our end and you will soon get a call from or engineers. And the cycle keeps on going. I have already asked them to provide me a new washing machine as this problem may not be fixed. On june 6 this isuue will be pending for about 2 months with godrej.
