After my complain Godrej responded me for my refund. My new complain no is 755840. This action happened about one month ago. Still I am waiting for my refund. I don't know what is going on but day by day Godrej just postpone my refund. Godrej said me to resolve problem in 5 to 10 days but one month has been passed and I m in still previous situation as in beginning of problem. I don't know how the big brand like Godrej checking patience level of their customer. Sorry to say but it is not expactable from the brand Godrej and not acceptable by me. So I want to ask question to Godrej that they only just passing time to forget my problem or they are serious to resolve it. In this way no customer will trust Godrej. Godrej was my favorite brand but I am really upset with Godrej now. I just want my refund as soon as possible.
